Monster Patrol LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
Returns & Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds.
Safety: Please keep our toys and plastic bags away from infants & children under 15 year old.
Shipping: We take time & pride in packing & shipping our products carefully. All orders ship out between 3-5 business days.
Monster Patrol LLC is not responsible for items lost/damaged during shipping.
Once your order is handed over to the carrier you selected, risk of loss transfers to that carrier. Monster Patrol LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment.
USPS Priority Mail includes insurance coverage up to $100 for lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend purchasing additional insurance for orders exceeding this amount. Please contact us if you would like to add coverage.
If you notice any issues or have concerns with the items you received, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package so we can assist you promptly. Kindly note that we may not be able to offer assistance after this period.
For International Customers:
We highly recommend selecting a shipping method that includes insurance and tracking. Please note that USPS First Class International does not offer insurance.
Monster Patrol LLC is not responsible for items lost/damaged during shipping.
We will absolutely NOT falsify the customs declaration form. Depending on your country, you may have to pay a VAT tax. You will be responsible for paying this when the item arrives at customs before they release the package. Any items abandoned at customs will not receive a refund. The name and address of addressee must be written legibly with roman letters and Arabic numerals.
Canceling Orders: If you, the buyer decide to cancel your transaction before shipment of items, a non-refundable PayPal or credit card transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
Privacy Policy: We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Rest assured, we do not sell, share, or misuse any of the information you provide to us. Your trust is important to us, and we adhere to strict privacy standards in all interactions.
Marketing and Fairness Policy: To ensure fairness to all of our customers at the store events, our sofubi toys are always available on a first come first served basis. Persistent inquiries, harassment, or attempts to bypass the system before events via social media will not be tolerated. We value all our customers equally, regardless of their social media presence or following.

Lottery Winners: If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours of sending the winner notification, the opportunity to purchase the item will be forfeited as a result. PLEASE contact us as soon as you can. If we do not receive the payment within 48 hours after we sent the invoice, the opportunity to purchase the item will be forfeited as well.
